Top Ten Tuesday: 10 Books I’ve read from independent publishers

This week’s topic for Top Ten Tuesday (hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl) is: “Indie Freebie (This topic encompasses a lot: your favorite indie bookstores, indie books, indie authors, indie publishers/presses, indie books on your to-read list, indie authors I read before they became traditionally published, etc.)
